Clinic Etiquette

At Britannia Hills, the experience starts with us understanding your personal needs, health history and how best to maintain your well-being. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can collect this information and that you can prepare for your treatment.

We value all of our clients time and want to provide the best service we can to all that come here.

We strongly recommend booking your appointment in advance, this way you are more likely to receive your desired appointment time. If you require a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) for insurance claims, please inform us when booking your appointment.

We encourage you to communicate your needs throughout your treatment. Our therapists are highly trained and will continually adjust to your comfort levels. Whether it is the pressure of your massage, temperature in the room, or even the music volume, please let the therapist know. Informing the therapist of any concerns prior to and during the treatment will ensure a truly satisfying experience for you.

Please note that our prices do not include taxes or gratuities and are subject to change without notice. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
