Ingredients: Light Coconut Oil; Golden Jojoba Oil; Pure Essential Oils of Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) and Lime (Citrus aurantifolia).
Directions: Apply to temples and wrists as needed.

Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata): Aids heart palpitations, slows breathing and is very calming.
Frankincense (Boswellia carterii): Calming and grounding, it slows and deepens shallow breathing associated with anxiety.
