Each vegetable source capsule contains:
ValeriPure™ Deodorized Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, 2.7:1 extract (675 mg*), 0.8% Sesquiterpenic acids, 0.48% Valerenic acid 250 mg
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) herb top, 4:1 extract (300 mg*) 75 mg
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) herb top, 4:1 extract (200 mg*) 50 mg
California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) herb top, 4:1 extract (100 mg*) 25 mg
Magnesium (from 375 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate) 75 mg
* Equivalent to dry form.
Non medicinal ingredients: Brown rice bran, hypromellose (vegetable capsule).
Recommended use: Veeva Sleep Formula is used as a sleep aid. Helps to relieve nervousness (calmative / sedative). Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).
Recommended dose (adults): Take two capsules, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
