RMT's and other Practitioners are required to take Continuing Education Courses to maintain their accreditation.
We offer In-Person and Online workshops and classes to help you maintain your accreditation and develop the skills necessary to keep your knowledge and skills up to date.
Professionals most suited to our courses and workshops are: Massage Therapists, Sports Therapists, Physiotherapists, Health Professionals, but all are welcome to attend.

Reflexology

Reflexology is holistic body work that is aimed to encourage healing and reduce ailments through natural means.
The technique involves applying pressure to specific areas or reflexes on the feet that are correlated to parts of the body – glands, organs, muscles, and joints.
Head, Neck & Shoulders
6.5 Credits - $165.00
A focused massage on the face, head, shoulders, upper back and upper arms.
It is great for relieving stress and tension working both emotionally and physically to create a sense of peace and well-being.
Assisted Stretching
8 Credits $195.00
PNF stretching involves a stretch-contract-relax-stretch cycle whereby the passive stretching of a muscle is enhanced by an intervening isometric contraction of that muscle followed by brief relaxation and a further passive stretch.
The technique of PNF stretching was first developed as a muscle therapy but is now used by athletes as a means of enhancing flexibility. PNF stretching is often used by osteopaths and physiotherapists.
